Wilkyn Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Wilkyn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Wilkyn is a shared pet-care log provided free of charge during v0.1 (beta). Features may change, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis during beta.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Wilkyn.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (pets, logs, notes). You grant us the limited license needed to store, sync, and display that content to you and the household/friends you choose to share it with, solely to operate the service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Wilkyn to break the law, harass others, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Beta disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of a free beta service. Keep your own records of anything important — automated backups are planned but not yet running today (see our Privacy Policy), so we cannot yet guarantee against data loss during beta.

7. Termination

You may stop using Wilkyn at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
